Our story
We started in 2019 with a simple observation: enterprise teams were trying to run serious business on personal WhatsApp accounts. It didn't scale, it wasn't compliant, and it wasn't safe. So we built a platform on top of Meta's official WhatsApp Business API that gave teams the shared inbox, controls and integrations they needed, without asking their customers to change channel.
Six years later, hundreds of businesses across six verticals run their most important customer conversations through Stitch.
